Enquiries and orders
Contact details, specifications and delivery information you choose to send on WhatsApp are shared with our team through WhatsApp. A saved quote cart remains in your browser until you remove it.
Privacy
Quote information is used only to understand, price and service your packaging enquiry.
Optional visitor analytics
If you allow analytics, we record a random session identifier, pages and products viewed, search terms, cart actions, WhatsApp clicks, visible-tab time, referral source, device class and approximate city/state/country. We do not store your IP address in our analytics tables or record keystrokes, payment details, cart notes or email addresses as analytics events. Avoid entering personal information in the product search.
Your choices
Declining analytics does not prevent ordering. Use Privacy choices to change your preference at any time. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. An analytics session cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; your consent preference stays in this browser.
Access and retention
Analytics are accessible only to authorized store administrators and processed using Supabase. Session and event data are automatically removed after 90 days. Location is approximate and may be unavailable. Contact hello@paperandpress.com about privacy questions or data rights.
